摘    要:三叠系延长组是长庆油田主力开发层系,油藏在纵向上表现为多套小层叠合,受到超前注水、笼统注水等因素影响,两层笼统合采油井层间压差较大,层间矛盾突出,因此用分采泵分层采油是消除合采油井层级间干扰矛盾的主要方式之一。鉴于长庆油田三叠系油藏饱和压力低,地饱压差小,油井气油比高,研发了一种"上泵抽下层,下泵抽上层"的防气式分采泵。现场试验应用表明,该防气式分采泵分采效果明显,对高气油比油井适应性强。

Research and application of gas-proof pump layering oil production technology in Changqing oilfield

Abstract:As the main producing layers, oil reservoirs of Triassic Yanchang formation have the characteristics of overlapped multiple layers vertically, and affected by advanced water injection and general water injection. If general commingled production of two layers adopted, the interlayer pressure difference will be bigger and the interlayer contradiction will become obvious. Therefore, two-layered selective zone production technology should be adopted. In view of the reservoir characteristics of low saturation pressure, small formation-saturation pressure difference and high oil gas ratio, a kind of gas-proof separate layer production pump, "the upper pump for lower layer and lower pump for upper layer", has been adopted. Through field test and application, the results show the pump has good production effect and stronger adaptability for high oil gas ratio wells.
