摘    要:制冷系统性能与制冷工质充注量的多少密切相关,随时间的推移,制冷剂多少总会泄漏,系统制冷剂总量会减少,性能会降低。制冷剂的减少会导致压缩机转速加快,制冷剂冷凝压力降低、蒸发温度升高、过热量加大。

Abstract:The performance of an evaporative refrigeration system is dependent on the refrigerant charge level. Due to inevitable leaks in the system, the amount of refrigerant will decrease over time and thus ultimately reduce the system' s performance. A reduction on the amount of refrigerant charge results in excessive compressor cycling, a lower condenser pressure, a higher losses in an evaporative refrigeration system as a function of the refrigerant charge level. A second law analysis, besed on nondimensional entropy generation,is carried out to quantify the thermodynamic losses.
