| Abstract: | Our country has the world＇ s most occupational diseases population. Occupational diseases in China generate great eco- nomic losses as well as damages in many fields. In the foreseeable future occupational diseases population will continue to rise. We should strengthen the training and construction of professional medical clinical talents, complete the professional medical clinicians tal- ent shortage from talent strategy, source culture, scientific management and usage. |
