云状观测中潜在问题的分析

摘    要:由于云的变化比较复杂,因此云的观测是地面气象观测中问题最多的项目。目前借助仪器可以观测云量和云高,但云状观测仪器的研制技术尚未成熟,所以目前云的观测仍然以目测为主,因此极易受到人为因素的影响。本文总结了在云状的观测和编码中经常出现的一些问题,并对其加以分析,找出原因。强调云的观测应坚持实事求是的原则,加强集体观测,切实提高观测的内在质量。
