濮阳市医疗机构消毒效果监测与分析

目的提高濮阳市医疗机构的消毒工作质量,有效预防和控制医院感染。方法 2008-2011年依据《消毒技术规范》和《消毒管理法规》(2002年版)相关规定,对濮阳市医疗机构室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手等进行消毒效果监测。结果 4年共监测样品2 484份,合格1 962份,合格率78.9%;经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.82,P<0.001)。结论医疗机构消毒效果呈逐年上升趋势。

Monitoring and analysis the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Puyang

Objective To improve the quality of disinfection works in medical institutions of Puyang City,in order to effective prevention and control the hospital infections.Method The indoor air,object surfaces,medical staff’ hands of medical institutions were developed disinfection effect monitoring according to technical standard for disinfection and disinfection management regulations(2002 Edition).Results In the past 4 years,total of 2 484 samples were tested,1 962 were qualified,qualified rate was 78.9% and the difference had statistical significance(χ2= 33.82,P< 0.001).Conclusions The disinfection effect of medical institutions was rising year by year.
