汽车内饰件发泡成型生产线控制系统设计

摘    要:为提高汽车内饰件发泡成型的生产效率,以PLC为核心控制器,利用触摸屏实时监控,设计并实现了该生产线的自动化.介绍了生产线整体结构,并详细分析机器人单元的通信过程、轨迹规划,及移动小车单元的控制流程.该系统在工厂生产控制中运行良好.

Abstract:In order to improve the productivity of polyurethane foam molding of automobile interiors,the production line automation is made in the core of PLC controller with the touch screen real time monitoring.The paper introduced the entire structure of the production line and analyzed the process of the robot unit communication,track planning,and control process of the small shifting car.The system is working well in the production control.
