北京某城区社区卫生服务站消毒效果调查

目的了解北京某城区社区卫生服务站消毒质量现状和存在问题,为加强社区卫生服务站消毒管理工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法普查辖区内39家社区卫生服务站消毒质量现状并作出评价。结果该城区社区卫生服务站医务人员对消毒相关知识知晓率为55.8%,消毒隔离措施执行率较低。共采集各类消毒样品428件,平均总合格率为86.4%。医护人员手卫生质量合格率为67.1%,使用中消毒液合格率为64.5%,氧气湿化瓶合格率仅58.3%。结论该城区社区卫生服务站消毒效果总体合格率较低,管理不够严格,需要加强社区医疗单位医务人员消毒隔离知识培训,加强监督力度。

SURVEY ON DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE STATION OF A DISTRICT IN BEIJING

Objective To know the disinfection efficacy and existing problems in community health service station of a district in Beijing,to provide the scientific basis to strengthen the disinfection management of community health service station.Methods Field investigation and sampling examination method were conducted to investigate 39 community health service stations and make the evaluation.Results The awareness rate of disinfection knowledge of the medical staffs of community health service station was 55.8 %.Executions rate of disinfection and isolation was low.428 samples were gathered,the average qualify rate was 86.4%.The qualify rate of hands health was 67.1%.The qualify rate of disinfectant in using was 64.5%.The qualify rate of oxygen moist bottle was 58.3%.Conclusions The total qualify rate of community health station was low.Management was not strict enough.It should strengthen supervision and disinfection knowledge training of medical staff of community health station.
