P53和iASPP在子宫颈癌组织的表达及意义

目的探讨P53、P53凋亡刺激蛋白（iASPP）在子宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-6000二步法,检测P53和iASPP在40例慢性子宫颈炎、60例宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）、65例宫颈癌组织中的表达。结果子宫颈癌、CIN及慢性子宫颈炎组织中iASPP阳性表达率分别为81.5%（53/65）、43.3%（26/60）、12.5%（5/26）,3组比较差异有显著性（χ2=10.67～47.73,P〈0.01）。慢性子宫颈炎、CIN及宫颈癌组织中P53的阳性表达率分别为10.0%（4/26）、33.3%（20/60）和58.5%（38/65）,CIN及宫颈癌组织中P53蛋白的阳性表达率均高于慢性子宫颈炎组织,差异有显著性（χ2=7.16～124.23,P〈0.05）。临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期宫颈癌组织的P53阳性表达率分别为48.6%（17/35）、57.9%（11/19）、90.9%（10/11）,差异有显著性（χ2=6.181,P〈0.05）;高、中、低分化宫颈癌组织iASPP的阳性表达率分别为68.2%（15/22）、73.3%（11/15）、96.4%（27/28）,差异有显著性（χ2=7.402,P〈0.05）。宫颈癌组织中P53、iASPP的表达呈正相关（r=0.31,P〈0.05）。结论 iASPP、P53在子宫颈癌组织中高表达,两者与子宫颈癌的发生、发展相关,iASPP的表达与子宫颈癌的恶性程度有关。

EXPRESSIONS OF IASPP AND P53 IN CERVICAL CARCINOMA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expressions of P53 and iASPP in tissue of cervical cancer and their significance. Methods By using immunohistochemistry （polymer detection system）, P53 and iASPP were detected in chronic cervicitis （40 ca ses）, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN, 60 cases） and cervical cancer tissue （65 cases）. Results The positive expression of iASPP in chronic eervicitis, CIN, and cervical cancer were 81.5%, 43.3%, and 12.5%, and that of P53 were 10.0, 33.3%, and 58.5%, respectively, the differences among the three groups were significant （Xz =10.67--47.73,P〈0.01） and （X2 =25.52, P〈0.01）. The positive rate of P53 in CIN and cancer tissue was higher than that in chronic cervicitis, with a significant difference between them （x2 =7.16--124.23,P〈0.05）, that in cancer of stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 48.6%, 57.9%, and 90.9%, being sig nificant differences among them （X2=6. 181 ,P〈0.05）. The positive rate of expression of iASPP in well-differentiated, moderate- ly-differentiated, and poorly-differentiated cancer tissue was 68. 2%, 73. 3%, and 96. 4%, respectively, showing a significant difference among them （x2= 7. 402,P〈0.05）. The expression of P53 was positively correlated with iASPP in cancer tissue （r= 0. 31,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High expressions of iASPP and P53 in tissue of cervical cancer are observed, both of the two parameters are associated with the occurrence and development of the cancer, and the expression of iASPP is related with the degree of this malignancy.
