HPLC法测定盐酸左旋多巴甲酯的含量研究

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸左旋多巴甲酯含量的方法。方法：采用Agilent Eelipse XDB-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相：甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾（20：80）（用磷酸调节pH=3.5）;流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：280nm;柱温：20℃。结果：盐酸左旋多巴甲酯在25.65～256.50μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为98.39%,RSD=1.34%。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于盐酸左旋多巴甲酯的质量控制。

Content determination of L-dopa methyl ester hydrochloride by HPLC

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of L-dopa methyl ester hydrochloride by HPLC.Methods：The Agilent Eelipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phases consisted of methanol and 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（20：80）（adjust pH to pH=3.5 by phosphoric acid）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm,the column temperature was 20 ℃.Results：The linear range of L-dopa methyl ester hydrochloride was at 25.65-256.50 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 98.39% with a RSD of 1.34%.Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of L-dopa methyl ester hydrochloride.
