摘    要:在总结传统的功率控制方法的基础上,对可控硅的过零触发作了一些新的探讨,实现了机车锅炉温度控制系统。引入Motorola公司的新型过零器件MOC3061,该器件集光电隔离、过零检测、过零触发功能于一身,且器件尺寸小,极大地降低了电路的复杂程度。同时在系统的前端温度测量方面,使得了Dallas公司的新型数字温度测量器件DS1820,其转换速度快,而且外接口简单,由于其向外输出的是串行数据,传统测量上的

Abstract:The train boiler temperature control system is realized. On the basis of summarizing traditional power control methods,the authors put for ward some zero-crossing triggering technique for SCR,and introduce a new-type zero-crossing device from Motorola Company. The device used integrates itself the light-electronic isolation,the zero-crossing detection and the zero-cros sing triggering functions, with small size which greatly reduces the whole circ uit complexity. What's more,in the system forward temperature measurement field ,the new-type digital temperature measuring device from Dallas Company is full y used,with not only its high switch speed,but also its simple outer interface . Amplifiers and A/D convertors,usually used in the traditional measurement,ar e gotten rid of,which results from its series data output. All these advantages are incomparable analogied compared with the traditional temperature measuring interface circuit.
