LD钢模具性能及热处理工艺探讨

摘    要:分析了传统Cr12、Cr12MoV、CrWMn等冷冲模具材料失效原因。比较了LD钢与高速钢、高铬钢等其它莱氏体模具的机械性能和综合性能。介绍了LD钢和锻造和球化退火工艺,研究了LD钢热处理。LD钢与Cr12MoV钢链板冲模(凸凹模)用于冲制10mm厚中碳钢链板,LD钢比Cr12MoV钢模具使用寿命提高2倍;淬火后经过深冷处理的LD钢模具尺寸稳定性更好,使用寿命更高。

Discuss on Performance and Heat Treatment Process of LD Steel
Abstract:Analyzed lose efficacy reason of cold punching die materials including Cr12, Cr12MoV, CrWMn and so on. Compared with the LD steel and high-speed steel, high chrome steel and so on other ledeburite mold's mechanical property and overall performance. Introduced the LD steel and forging and the spheroidizing craft, has studied the LD steel heat treatment. The LD steel and the Cr12MoV steel chain plate punching die to use in stamping out the 10mm thick medium carbon steel link joint, the LD steel enhanced 2 times compared to the Cr12MoV steel mold service life; After the quenching, passes through the deep cold treatment the LD steel mold size stability to be better, the service life is higher.
