摘    要:钢带法是生产药芯焊丝的常用方法,通过理论推导出计算钢带厚度和宽度的公式,说明粉芯直径、钢带厚度、填充率和药粉松装体积质量之间存在一定的关系:当填充率增加,粉芯直径要相应增大,钢带厚度要选薄些;当药粉松装体积质量增大,粉芯直径要相应减小,钢带厚度要选厚些。由于钢带厚度受相关标准的限制,选择钢带尺寸首先要给出钢带宽度的范围,而后计算、确定出钢带的厚度,再由厚度计算出钢带宽度的精确值。通过实例给出当填充率为26%、钢带体积质量为7.85 t/m3、药粉松装体积质量为3.80 t/m3时,药芯焊丝用钢带尺寸计算的过程,得出钢带厚度为0.8 mm、钢带宽为11.79 mm,符合生产实际。

Abstract:The steel strip method is a usual way to produce flux-cored wire. The formula of calculating steel strip thickness and width was deduced by theory, which shows that there was a relationship among powder-cored diameter, steel strip thickness, fill ratio and loose-powder volume mass. When fill ratio increased, powder-cored diameter was enlarged, steel strip thickness was selected thinner, when loose-powder volume mass was enlarged, powder-cored diameter should be de- creased, steel strip thickness should be selected larger. For steel strip thickness was limited by related standard, to select steel strip size should give the scope of steel strip width, then thickness of steel strip is decided, after that the accurate val- ue of steel strip width is calculated. The size calculating process of flux-cored wire for steel strip is given by example when fill ratio is 26% , steel strip volume mass is 7.85 t/m3 , loose-powder volume mass is 3.80 t/m3 , the steel strip thickness 0.8 mm, width 11.79 mm is drawn, which meets production practice.
