陈大受及其对江淮分水岭地区的治理

陈大受在乾隆四年（1739）至乾隆六年（1741）任安徽巡抚。他对江淮分水岭地区的＂综合＂治理以治安为第一急务,以基本民生为第一要务,实事求是,推动了符合江淮分水岭区域环境特点的农业生产,虽然整体上未摆脱＂荒政＂思维的影响,但他的治理经验中也有许多值得后人借鉴的地方。今人更应该推进江淮分水岭地区治理的科学性,对诸如环境的改造与适应、人地关系的可能性、地理空间的尺度等方面的问题,首先要进行思考和回答。

Chen Dashou and his Administration of Jianghuai Watershed Region

Chen Dashou was appointed grant coordinator of Anhui province from 1739 to 1741in Qing Dynasty.Public security was the most urgent task for him to comprehensively treat the Jianghuai watershed area,and people＇s livelihood was the priority of his administration.His practical and realistic management in accordance with the characteristics in Jianghuai watershed area are valuable legacy for his followers to learn.Therefore,some problems like the scientific treatment of Jianghuai watershed area,environmental transform and accommodation,possible land relationship,and geographic space dimension should be considered and answered.
