| 摘 要： | 国际贸易出口结汇单证是出口商在按照合同履行交货义务后安全收取货款的重要工具。由于单证要使用英文缮制,因此填制人员对单证英文的理解和翻译会直接影响填制的正确性。本文从翻译理论的角度出发,紧扣单证英语的专业性、规范性和国际化特点,对结汇单证的缩略语、包装术语、时间和几种特色单据条款进行了初步探索,并提出了相应的翻译策略。

| Abstract: | Export documents play a vital role in the process of interoational settlement after the sellers make the delivery as stipulated in the contract. As the documents should he filled out in English, the operators should understand and translate the documents correctly. This article analyzes the professional language, trading rules and international praetice of export documents on the translation theoretical basis. It also proposes some strategies to translate the abbreviations, technical terms and special terms and conditions in documents. |
