镀锡基板表面线状缺陷及其工艺控制策略

摘    要:采用SEM观察了镀锡基板表面线状缺陷的微观特征并分析了其成因,针对缺陷成因提出了相应的工艺控制策略。研究表明:热轧带钢表面存在氧化铁皮压入导致的麻点是此类线状缺陷的根本成因。采用降低精轧入口温度,提高工作辊冷却水压,增开机架间冷却水等工艺措施,基本消除了热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮压入状麻点,有效控制了镀锡基板表面此类线状缺陷的发生。

Abstract:A kind of linear defect formed on the surface of the electrolytic tinplate and its formation process were studied.The research results show that the linear defect has close relationship with the scale pit produced in the hot rolling process.By decreasing the FET of the strip,increasing the amount of cooling water for work roll and opening the cooling water between finish rolling stands,the scale pit formed on the surface of the hot-rolled strip can be controlled preferably,thus the incidence rate of the linear defect can be significantly reduced.
