厚规格低碳钢连退产品横纹缺陷治理技术研究

摘    要:攀钢冷轧厂改造后的连退机组厚规格低碳钢产品因受弯曲应力和炉内张力作用形成塑性崩溃,造成带钢表面有不同程度的横纹缺陷,严重制约连退机组的生产。通过对过时效炉二次冷却段转向辊辊径、带钢过时效温度、过时效炉和水淬槽张力、退火温度制度,以及前工序工艺的优化,解决了横纹缺陷控制技术难题,实现了厚规格低碳钢连退产品的批量生产。

Abstract:The thick gauges and low carbon steel products formed plastic collapse due to bending stress and furnace tension after the transformation of the continuous annealing line, which resulting in varying degrees of horizontal stripes on strip surface and severely restricted production of continuous annealing line. Based on process optimization of over- aging furnace′s secondary cooling section steering roll diameter, over- aging temperature, the tensions of over- aging furnace and water quench tank, the annealing temperature system and previous process, the technical problem of the horizontal stripes defect was resolved, and the mass production of thick gauges and low carbon steel products production was realized.
