摘    要:石化企业财务共享服务中心是将石化企业内部重复的、容易建立标准化的业务进行流程再造、制定企业标准,集中到1个业务单元进行处理的管理模式。通过将基础的财务记账、核算管理等职能集中到共享中心来进行统一管理,将共性的财务工作从各分公司财务部门中分离出来。通过提高财务业务优化资源、提升企业财务部门对企业业务的支持能力。

Implementation plan analysis of petrochemical enterprise financial shared service center
Abstract:Petrochemical enterprise financial shared service center is the management mode to make process reengineering to the repetitive inner-enterprise transactions easy to be standardized, establish enterprise standard and centralize them into one business unit (financial shared service center) to process. The core concept is to make unified management by centralizing the functions basic accounts keeping and accounting into one shared service center, and separate the common financial works from financial departments of each branch company. By improving financial transactions and optimizing resources, the supporting capacity of financial department to enterprise financial department can be promoted.
