摘    要:模拟实验研究在攀钢Φ1150初轧机上采用连铸板坯切分轧制120mm方坯,为初轧机生产小方坯提供生产依据.充分利用Φ1150初轧机的辊身长度,科学地配置孔型,使其既能采用钢锭生产重轨坯,又能利用连铸坯切分轧制120mm方坯,满足现厂生产,证明采用初轧机切分轧制小方坯可行性

Abstract:mm120 mm billets were produced by slit rolling with continuous casting slab on 1150 blooming mill in Pangang was studied by simulated experiment text,which provides productive basis of producing billets with bloom mill.Both heavy rail with ingots 120 mm120 mm billets by slit rolling with continuous casting slab could be produced by taking fully advantage of roll width of the blooming mill and fitting the roll pass scientifically.The possibility of producing billets in blooming mill was proved in the paper.
