烧结条件对溶胶凝胶法制备氧化锆陶瓷纤维微观结构的影响

摘    要:利用溶胶凝胶纺丝法制备了Al2O3-3Y-TZP及3Y-TZP凝胶纤维,并在工业N2中预处理后高温烧结,用SEM等分析方法考察了5wt%Al2O3添加剂、氮气预处理、烧结温度、保温时间及升温速率对纤维的微观结构的影响。结果表明:采用慢速升温可以避免裂纹等缺陷出现,加入Al2O3和N2气氛预烧结处理后,可以抑制纤维晶粒的快速生长。

Abstract:Al2O3-3Y-TZP and 3Y-TZP gel fibers were obtained by sol-gel spinning technique.SEM was used to investigate the effects of 5wt % alumina,sintering temperature and time,heating rate and nitrogen gas pre-thermal treatment on the changes in the microstructure of the fibers.The results show that the cracks can be effectively avoided by lower heating rate,both of the pretreatment in N2 and addition of alumina favor the sintering and the formation of the fibers composed of the fine grains.
