OSAHS合并高血压患者血清炎症因子浓度与血压的关系

目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）及合并高血压患者血中炎性因子浓度与血压的关系，揭示炎症因子在高血压发展中的作用。方法治疗组200例，肝肾功能无明显异常，通过PSG明确诊断OSAHS的患者，对照组30例，肝肾功能无明硅异常，排除OSAHS的单纯鼾症者。两组问性别、年龄和种族等相匹配。血清标本于PSG结束后取得，用ELISA法检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α，白介素-6，干扰素-1，高敏C．反应蛋白。结果治疗组炎症因子水平高于对照组，其中C-反应蛋白（CRP）在两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并高血压患者血中炎性因子浓度与血压成正相关。结论炎性因子可能参与了OSAHS并发高血压的发生发展过程，降低OSAHS炎症因子的治疗有助于血压的下降。

Relation of blood pressure and inflammatory factor levels of blood in OSAHS with hypertension

Objective To observe the relation of blood pressure and inflammatory factor levels of blood in OSAHS with hypertension. To reveal the relation of inflammatory factor and blood pressure. Methods Study group comprised of treatment（ n = 200 ） and control （ n = 30 ） group, blood samples were collected after polysomnography（PSG） from 30 control subjects and 200 OSAHS with hypertension. Serum Iinterleukin-6（IL-6） , Interferon-γ（-IFN-γ）, tumor necrosis factor-α TNF-α）and the quantitative determination of high-sensitivity （hp- CRP） levels were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent ass-ay ELISA）. Results CRP level showed an increase in the study group than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Direct correlation of blood pressure and inflammatory factor levels of blood in OSAHS with hypertension. Conclusion The inflammatory factor participated progress of hypertension, The treatment of decrease about inflammatory factor had benefits on OSAHS patients with hypertension.
