| Abstract: | Beginning with analyzing the historical, direct and social causes of low labor productivity in survey and design units, this paper discusses methods to increase benifit through reducing redundant personne1s in survey and design units, and points out that" increasing benifit through reducing redundant personnels" should focuses on optimizing allocation of labor force, raising workers' level of competence and .creating more job opportunities. |
