Production and Importation and Exportation Analysis of China's Dyestuff and Organic Pigment Industry in the First Half of 2004

In the first half of 2004, the main economic target has bee n hit well and the volume of import and export and economic benefit increased stea dily. The output of dyestuff and organic pigment was 294377 tons and 53816 tons respectively, with an increase rate of 17.4% and 16.4% compared with the same period of previous year. The exporting volume of dyestuff and organic pigment wa s 108163.9 tons and 50857.2 tons respectively, with an increase rate of 9.1% and 21.1%. The importing volume of dyestuff and organic pigment was 33226.3 to ns and 16610.5 tons respectively, with an lower increase rate of 2.1% and -1. 9%.
