摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS11.0对武器架座进行有限元分析,获得其在武器射击栽荷下的应力和应变值,分析得出武器架座的整体强度满足要求,耳轴等局部需改进消除应力集中。对架座进行模态分析,提取前6阶模态,分析武器架座的刚度满足条件。研究托架和摇架对武器射击精度和射击稳定性的不同影响。尝试对武器架座进行形状优化,为武器站系统轻量化提供参考。

Abstract:Use ANSYS11.0,the finite element analysing softwar,to make finite element analysis on weapon frame foundation,and obtain its stress and strain under shooting load of weapons.The analysing results can meet the whole strength requirements,while parts like trunnion need to be improved to relieve stress assembling.Make modal analysis on frame foundation and extract the modes of first 6 steps,then analyze rigidity conditions of the frame foundation.Research different influence of bracket and cradle on weapon sho...
