茶氨酸的脑保护作用

摘    要:萘氨酸最早在日本绿茶中分离得到。结构与谷氨酸相似。近年来的研究表明茶氨酸可通过血脑屏障,抑制兴奋性氨基酸的释放,改善微循环,减少细胞凋亡,促进DNA修复,以及和炎症因子、神经递质的相互作用对脑缺血超保护作用,同时它还具有改善学习记忆,增加多巴胺释放等作用.在脑保护上具有极大的临床意义。

Abstract:Theanine was isolated from the Japanese green tea at the earliest, which is similar with glutamate in structure. Recent studies show that theanine can go through the blood-brain barrier, having protective effects of cerebral ischemia by inhibiting the release of excitatory amino acids, improving microcirculation and reducing apoptosis, promoting DNA repair, as well as the interaction with inflammatory cytokines, and neurotransmitters. It also could improve learning and memory, increase dopamine release and play other roles in the protection of brain,which is of great clinical significance.
