| 摘 要： | 针对乌兰矿采场爆破过程中存在大块率高、炮孔利用率低、二次爆破炸药成本高等问题,依据矿山现状,本文采用经验公式与现场爆破试验相结合的方法对爆破过程中出现的大块率高等问题进行分析和现场试验研究,找出大块率高的原因。通过不断优化中深孔爆破参数,得出适合矿山的最优爆破参数,极大地降低了生产成本,同时为国内外类似矿山提供很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In the process of blasting of wulan mine,there are high mass rate, low utilization of gun hole and high cost of secondary explosive charge. According to the current situation of mine, In this paper, the method of combination of empirical formula and field blasting test is used to analyze and test the large proportion of high rate in blasting,Find out the reason for the high chunk rate,Through the continuous optimization of deep hole blasting parameters, the optimal blasting parameters suitable for mine are obtained,which greatly reduces the production cost, and provides a good reference for similar mines at home and abroad. |
