研究生学习自主性:内涵、问题与培育

摘    要:学习自由是高校学术自由的重要组成部分。学习自主性是研究生学习自由权的体现,是研究生学习的重要特征,也是研究生成长为高层次创新型人才的关键。研究生学习自主性的缺失必然导致其创新活力的衰竭。因此,高校要转变教育观念,牢固确立以研究生为本的理念,夯实学科基础,创造必备条件;导师要发挥引领和指导作用;研究生自身要培养自主意识和能力,充分保障研究生自主性发展,使其成长为社会所需的高层次创新型人才。

Abstract:Freedom of study is one key component in university academic freedom,which is its fundamental traits and an expression of the right of freedom for graduate study.Learning autonomy is also the key to cultivating high-level innovative talents of graduates,the very lack of which will lead to the failure of the vitality of innovation.Therefore,it is necessary for universities to change the educational concept,consolidate the graduate-based concept,solidify the disciplinary foundation and create essential conditions.Supervisors should give play to the role of leading and guiding graduate study and graduates themselves should cultivate self-awareness and ability so as to develop their learning autonomy,thus making them become high-level innovative talents needed by the society.
