摘    要:介绍了壁挂式空调后座塑件的结构及其注射模结构,为解决塑件内外侧抽芯和型芯复位问题,模具结构采用了V形放置塑件,动模采用液压斜向抽芯,斜推内抽芯,斜销外抽芯等措施,简化了定模结构,模具结构紧凑,内抽型芯可自动复位,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The structure of the plastic backseat part of a hanging air-conditioner and an injection mould for the part were presented. The plastic component was V-shaped placed in the mould for the inward and outward core-pulling and for the return of cores. The mechanism of hydraulic angled core-pulling, angled-pushing inward core-pulling and taper pin outward core-pulling was adopted at the moving half of the mould. The inward-pulling cores can be returned automatically. The structure of the fixed half was simplified, and the production efficiency was raised.
