摘    要:通过实验分析研究有机酸用量、树脂的胺值与分子量大小以及催干剂用量等因素对聚丁二烯阴极电泳涂料漆液的分散稳定性、pH值、电导及泳透力的影响。并确定合适的范围:在树脂的数均相对分子质量一般为1000~3000,树脂的胺值高于60的条件下,合适的中和度范围为0.3~0.5;漆液当中催干剂的加入量为0.01~0.02。

Abstract:This paper reports the experimental study on several important factors, levels of organic acid and drier used and the amine value and molecular weight of the polymer, effecting the dispersed stability, pH value, conductivity, and electrophoresis penetrating ability of the polybutadiene cathodic electrodeposition coating. It is concluded that under the condition of the polymer molecular weight within 1?000 and 3?000, the amine value larger than 60, and the neutralization degree within 0.3 and 0.5; the appropriate range of drier used should be within 0.01 and 0.02.
