腧穴热敏灸治疗桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀60例临床疗效观察

目的:观察腧穴热敏灸对桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按照随机单盲对照试验设计分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组对曲池、手三里、外关、阳溪、合谷等热敏腧穴进行艾灸治疗,2次/d,疗程为7 d;对照组给予20%甘露醇注射液250 ml,静脉点滴,10~15 min滴完,2次/d,疗程为7 d,观察并记录治疗前及治疗第2、3、6、7天患者肢体肿胀的变化情况。结果:治疗2 d后,两组减轻桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀的疗效相当;治疗4 d后,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组;7 d后,观察组肿胀治疗的有效率为96.67%,对照组的为73.33%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:腧穴热敏灸治疗桡骨远端骨折术后肿胀疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Postoperative Radial Distal Radial Fracture Treated with Acupoint Heat - sensitive Moxibustion

Results: The observation group and the treatment group all had the effect of reducing the postoperative swelling of the distal radius fractures, and the curative effect was similar after 2 days of treatment. The observation group was superior to the control group obviously after the 4th day; 7 days after the treatment, The efficiency was 96.67%, the control group was 73.33%. Conclusion: Acupoint heat - sensitive moxibustion is a satisfactory method for the treatment of distal radial fractures. It is worthy to be popularized.
