低密度负压泡沫洗井用泡排剂的室内研究

摘    要:以α烯烃磺酸盐(AOS)为主剂,选择泡沫基液和气源,考察起泡剂和稳泡剂对泡排剂泡沫性能的影响,确定了低密度负压泡沫洗井用泡排剂最佳配方:0.5%AOS发泡剂+0.6%W-1稳泡剂+清水+氮气,泡沫体系密度为0.92 g/cm3。室内评价结果表明,该泡排剂在负压泡沫洗井中具有较好的起泡、稳泡、耐高温和抗腐蚀能力,在低压高温洗井作业中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The effects of foaming agent and foam stabilizer on the foam properties of foam scrubbing agent were studied with α - olefin sulfonate ( AO), the main agent, a foam base fluid and a gas source, and the optimum formulation of the low density foam scrubbing agent for well foam washing at negative pressure was identified as follows: 0.5% foaming agent AOS + 0.6% foam stabilizer W- 1 + clean water + nitrogen, the density of foam system is 0. 92 g/cm3. According to the results of laboratory evaluation, this foam scrubbing agent has good foaming, foam stabilizing and corrosion resistant properties when used for washing well at negative pressure, and therefore it is promising to be used for well clean -out service at low pressure and high temperature.
