摘    要:针对国内矿用防爆对旋抽出式风机使用中出现的Ⅱ级电动机隔流腔内冷却风流瓦斯浓度超限而存在的安全隐患问题,介绍了一种能够有效解决该问题的负压腔体,该腔体的结构特点、工作原理、设计计算及应用效果。实验表明,采用负压腔体能有效控制主风流道的含瓦斯风流进入Ⅱ级电动机隔流腔。

Cause of Disallowed Gas Concentration in Flow-separation Chamber of Exhaust Coatra-rotary Fan and Its Solution
Abstract:To counter the existence of unsafe hidden peril due to disallowed gas concentration in the cooling air in flow separation chamber of Class Ⅱ electrical motor during the operation of flame-proof mine contra-rotary exhaust fan in our country,the paper describes an effective negative-pressure flow-separation chamber for solving this problem and discusses the structural features,working principle,design computation and application effect of this chamber.Experiments showed that the use of negative-pressure chamber can effectively control the gas-containet air flow in the main air channel entering the flow separation chamber of Class Ⅱ elecric motor.
