利用博弈理论对业主、项目管理公司与施工单位三方的委托代理关系进行了动态研究与分析,分别建立了业主与项目管理公司、项目管理公司与施工单位的博弈模型,并对代建制项目管理提出合理建议,以实现项目业主的预期目标。

On application of game theory in managment of deputy construction projects in China

According to the dynamic research and analysis of the deputy relation among the owner,the program management company and the construction organizations with the game theory,the paper establishes the game models for the owner,the program management company and the construction organizations respectively,provides reasonable suggestion to deputy construction project management,so as to realize the expected aim.
