L.casei Zhang PG对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫协同作用的研究

摘    要:目的了解干酪乳杆菌(L.casei Zhang)肽聚糖(peptidoglycan,PG)作为新城疫疫苗佐剂对免疫鸡血清中HI抗体、IgG及T淋巴细胞转化率的影响。方法把L.casei ZhangPG作为佐剂和弗氏完全佐剂分别添加到鸡新城疫疫苗里,制成L.casei Zhang PG佐剂鸡新城疫疫苗和弗氏完全佐剂鸡新城疫疫苗后,分别使小鸡致免;二免后每周采样,连续采6周后检测其血清中的HI抗体效价、IgG含量以及鸡脾脏中T淋巴细胞的转化率。结果 L.casei ZhangPG佐剂组鸡血清中HI抗体效价、IgG含量均显著提高,鸡脾脏中T淋巴细胞转化率也明显提高。结论 L.casei ZhangPG是鸡新城疫疫苗的良好佐剂。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the peptidoglycan of L.casei Zhang as an adjuvant of Newcastle Disease Vaccine shows antibody enhancing effect or influence the transformation rate of T lymphocytes in immunized chicken.Methods Taken peptidoglycan of L.casei Zhang as adjuvant or as Freund's complete adjuvant adding into the emulsion of Newcastle Disease Vaccine and immunize the chicken respectively.After secondary immunization,phlebotomized blood each week and continued for eight weeks.Serum HI antibody titer,IgG contents and T lymphocyte transformation rate in chicken spleen were detected.Results The HI antibody titer,the rate of lymphocyte transformation and the concentration of IgG in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.But there was no significant difference in adjuvant added group except lymphocyte transformation rate.Conclusion L.casei Zhang peptidogly can is a good adjuvant for Newcastle disease vaccine.
