摘    要:根据分解工艺对多品种氢氧化铝性能的影响,对单槽碳分氢氧化铝存在的缺陷及原因进行了分析,结果表明连续碳分和种分分解工艺适合生产多品种氢氧化铝;种分产品的粒度分布、强度、晶型结构、加工性能优于碳分产品.

Abstract:Based on effect of Precipitation process of sodium aluminate on performance of special aluminium hydroxide, the defects of single column carbonation precipitation process and its causes are analyzed in this paper. The comparison tests showed that the continuous carbonation precipitation process and seed crystal growth precipitation process are suitable for producing special aluminium hydroxide, and especially the latter because of the size distribution, strength, crystal structure and processing performance of its products.
