摘    要:以平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,探讨了连作土和温度处理的灭菌连作土对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,温度处理的灭 菌连作土能够增加植株细根的表面积、总长度和根尖数;增强白根与褐根的呼吸强度;延长根系寿命;增加植株的生物量、 叶面积;灭菌处理连作土中植株白根的呼吸强度、生物量和叶面积与连作土处理的差异显著。

Abstract:The effects of successive cropping soil and successive cropping soil pasteurized on the growth and development of Malus hupehensis Rehd. seedlings were studied. The results showed that the treatments of pasteurized soil increased the total fine root surface area, total length and tip numbers, intensified the rate of respiration of white root and brown-wooden root, prolonged root lifespan and increased the plant biomass and leaf area. There were significant differences in white root respiration, biomass and leaf area between the two treatments.
