摘    要:介绍了变压吸附回收氯乙烯精馏尾气新工艺,并与活性炭吸附回收工艺进行了比较,实际运行效果表明该工艺运行稳定、操作简便,具有PLC系统自动控制、安全性能等特点。氯乙烯、乙炔回收率均达到99.9%,排放尾气中氯乙烯质量浓度小于36mg/m3,乙炔质量浓度不大于150mg/m3,消耗大幅降低,在任何负荷下,装置都能稳定运行,经济和社会效益显著。

Abstract:The new process of rectification tail gas of vinyl chloride by pressure swing technology was introduced. The pressure swing technology and activated char absorption process were compared, and the former was stable and simple operation, and PLC control system was automatic. The recovery rate of vinyl chloride and acetylene was 99.9 %. Vinly chloride content in tail gas was less than 36 rag/m3, and acetylene content was less than 150 mg/m3. Consumption was significantly reduced. The equipment was still stable operation in any load. And the economic profits and social benefit was obvious.
