关于仪器分析方法应用的教学探讨

摘    要:每一种仪器分析方法都包含基本原理、仪器组成和分析应用这三个部分,如何讲好分析应用部分是讲好仪器分析课程的关键。本文以荧光分析法为例,从明确分析方法的应用范围、贴近现实生活、联系专业领域和反映方法的新进展几个角度,对如何讲好《仪器分析》课程中仪器分析方法的应用这一问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Each instrumental analysis method includes three parts of basic principles, instruments and applications. It is important to explain the applications of each method attractively in the course of instrumental analysis. In this paper, the fluorescence analysis method was used as an example to discuss how to teach the application part well. To ascertain the application of each analytical method, close to real life, contact professional field and introduce the latest advancements were discussed, respectively.
