摘    要:本文采用原子荧光光谱法,研究经不同还原剂处理过的食品中的砷。结果:半胱氨酸-硫脲-碘化钾混合还原剂对砷的还原效果比单一的还原剂效果好;硫酸浓度在0.6%~1.6%范围内,酸度对检测结果影响可以忽略。

Abstract:In this paper , the method of atomic Fluorescence spectronmetry for determination of arsenic in foodstuff treated by variouis reducers was studied. Results: The effect of L-cysteine-Thiourea-Potassium iodide reducer is better than them used individually . The influence of acidity to the testing results may be ignored when the acidity is from 0.6% to1.6%.
