血清白细胞介素-18和基质金属蛋白酶-2对急性冠脉综合征的临床意义

目的探讨血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的检测与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定66例冠状动脉造影证实至少有1支以上冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的冠心病患者和14例经冠状动脉造影排除冠心病患者的血清IL-18、MMP-2水平。结果血清IL-18、MMP-2水平在急性冠状动脉综合征的患者中明显增高,与正常组和稳定型心绞痛组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);双支和三支血管病变患者血清IL-18、MMP-2水平高于正常对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测血清IL-18、MMP-2对急性冠脉综合征有重要临床价值。

Measurement of serum interleukin - 18 and matrix metalloprotein - 2 in the patients with acute coronary syndrome and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum level of interleukin(IL)-18 and matrix metalloprotein (MMP) -2 and the severity of coronary artery stenosis in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) . Methods Serum IL-18 and MMP-2 levels of 66 cases with CHD and 14 cases of normal controls were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Serum level of MMP-2 and IL-18 were significantly high in acute coronary syndrome patients, there was significant difference between stable angina pectoris and normal controls;Among CHD group, patients with stenosis lesion in 2 or 3 branches of coronary artery had higher MMP-2 and IL-18 level, and serum MMP-2 and IL-18 concentration were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion IL-18 and MMP-2 could be used as valuable parameters for coronary artery disease.
