影响护生实习积极性的因素分析及对策

目的探讨影响护生实习积极性的主要因素。方法对本、专科实习护生进行自填式问卷调查。结果影响护生实习积极性的6个因素分别为:人际关系;专业思想;支持系统;临床带教;实习环境;激励机制。影响护生实习积极性的较重要的4个项目依次是:与带教老师关系不和;带教方法不合理;排班不合理;所做工作不受重视。另外,对护理工作缺乏热情、毕业后不去医院工作、未受到带教老师的尊重3个项目对本科护生实习积极性的影响明显高于专科护生。结论加强专业思想教育,培养护生的沟通技巧和交际能力,优化带教师资队伍,改进临床教学方法,使用有效激励措施,遴选实习基地,优化实习环境可以激励护生实习的积极性。

Analysis of factors influencing the nursing students'''' practical motivation and its countermeasures

Objective To find factors influencing the nursing students' practical motivation.Methods The students including undergraduate students and junior college students were investigated with a questionnaire.Results The factors influencing the nursing students' practical motivation included interpersonal relationship,professional concept,supporting system,clinical teaching,practical environments,inspiring mechanism,in which the more important items were inharmonious with teachers,unreasonable teaching methods,unreasonable schedule and negative performance.The investigation also indicated some differences of items which influence the two levels of nursing students.Conclusions Some countermeasures are suggested to inspire the nursing students' practical motivation,such as enhancing the education for professional concept,improving nursing students' ability and skills of communication,better the team of clinical teachers,improving the ways of teaching,using inspiring methods and better practical environments.
