摘    要:基于声波检测的锚杆锚固系统在受荷载条件下的声学特性,结合试验研究表明:锚杆锚固质量的优劣可用固结波速和锚杆工作荷载这两个参数来评判。固结波速确定的关键在于对锚杆底端反射信号的识别,采用小波分析方法处理检测信号,发现应用“db4”小波对检测信号进行4尺度或5尺度分解后,其最高频重构信号的第二个“波浪”的开始点所对应的时刻即是原始信号的底端反射时间点。采用自适应滤波法用参考信号对检测信号进行逼近得到完整的底端反射信号,表明这两种方法有很好的一致性。锚杆工作荷载是检测信号基频的三次方函数,通过频谱分析获得了信号基频。结合上述分析方法以Matlab为开发平台编写了锚杆锚固质量无损检测信号分析系统并应用于实践,实现了锚杆锚固质量的智能评价,提高了分析精度。

Analysis of detection signal and realization on evaluation system of bolt anchoring quality based on sound wave testing
Abstract:According to the experimental research on acoustic properties of bolt anchorage system in loading conditions and the theory on sound wave testing,it shows that anchorage system quality can be estimated by concretion wave velocity and bolt workload state.Reflection signal of bolt bottom,which is key to determine concretion wave velocity,could be identified exactly by analyzing the highest frequency reconstruction signal of decomposed original signal with db4 wavelet in 4 or 5 scale.On the reconstruction signal curve,the starting point of the second “crest” is just bottom reflection time point.Integral reflection signal of bolt bottom was obtained by using Self adaptive Filtering method that let reference signal approach detection signal.The two means have a good coherence.Bolt workload is 3 power function of detection signal’s base band got by spectrum analysis.Nondestructive detection signal analysis system of anchorage quality is written based on Matlab and applied in practice to improve analysis precision and achieve intelligence assessment.
