| 摘 要： | 大板梁具有重量重、外形几何尺寸大、就位位置高的特点。锅炉大板梁主要吊装方法有单机吊装法、双机抬吊法、改进式吊装法、简易起重机械吊装法、综合吊装法、炉顶吊吊装法、地面组合吊装法、分步吊装法、高空拼装吊装法、液压提升装置吊装法等。通过25个实例介绍了大板梁吊装的10种方法。确定大板梁吊装方法时,应考虑大板梁的连接方式、设计形式、锅炉标高、大板梁重量、工程配置的吊装机械、同一现场其他标段的机械配置。
