基于SolidWorks水蒸汽喷射泵CAD系统的研究

摘    要:水蒸汽喷射泵是一种利用水蒸汽的高速射流抽吸低压流体的装置,在国内外的应用越来越广泛。利用SolidWorks二次开发技术对水蒸汽喷射泵进行参数化设计,通过VB程序对水蒸汽喷射泵进行结构尺寸设计计算,然后利用SolidWorks API二次开发接口,结合标准件数据库,把尺寸参数值赋值给三维实体模型进行重建,从而得到对应设计参数的水蒸汽喷射泵模型。这样可以减少水蒸汽喷射泵设计工作的重复性,节约时间,提高设计效率。

Abstract:Steam ejector pump is one equipment that pumps low-pressure fluids with high-pressure steam,and is widely used in far-ranging fields both at home and abroad.The further development technique of SolidWorks based on Visual Basic 6.0,was done to have implemented parameterized design system of the steam ejector pump.The structural dimensions of the steam ejector pump were computed with VB program.And the steam ejector pump model was rebuilt by using SolidWorks API.Thus,the additional and repeated work on such steam pector pump designing were saved.The technique improves the design efficiency of steam ejector pump greatly.
