药学专业“三位一体分流培养”职业教育培养模式探讨

摘    要:根据药学教育发展的现状,江西科技师范大学药学院在药学专业实施了“三位一体分流培养”职业教育培养模式的改革与创新。建立了综合素质、药学专业能力、职业方向“三位一体”的培养模式;并根据药学专业性质、市场人才需求及人才走向,设立学生可自主选择的不同职业方向,达到分流培养的目的。该培养模式的探索与实践,有效推动了学校药学专业应用型人才的培养工作。

Abstract:According to the status of pharmacy education devel- opment, the "trinity and triage cultivation" vocational education model was implemented in pharmaceutical specialty in College of Pharmacy of Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University. The "trinity" as a training model means three-in-one of compre- hensive quality, pharmacy professional competence and career direction. According to the nature of pharmacy specialty, market demand for talent and talent whereabouts, the different career di- rections were set so that students can choose independently, and the purpose of "triage training" was achieved by this way. The exploration and practice of the training model have effectively promoted the training work of pharmacy applied talents in the uni- versity.
