护理干预对造血干细胞移植患儿心理状态及依从性的影响

目的探讨护理干预对造血干细胞移植患儿心理状态及依从性的影响。方法将我院自1998—2008年完成造血干细胞移植术的28例患儿随机分成护理干预组和对照组。护理千预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理支持、健康教育时间前移，应用临床护理路径实施针对性护理，对照组采取常规护理。应用儿科症状检查表（PSC）以及汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估患儿的心理健康状况、依从性以及焦虑程度。结果实施护理干预后干预组的心理问题总分以及焦虑程度明显下降（P〈0．05），依从性较好占71．4％，总依从性占92．8％；对照组依从性较好占42．9％，总依从性占71．5％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预可改善造血干细胞移植患儿的心理健康状态，提高治疗护理的依从性。

The influence of nursing intervention to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation children' s psychological status and compliance

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation children＇ s psychological status and compliance. Methods 28 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation children received by the hospital from 1998 to 2008 were chosen into nursing intervention group and contrasting group, both receiving the same medical treetment, with only special nursing intervention such as psychological supporting, healthy care with the intervention group, the two groups were measured by the Pediatric symptom checklist （ PSC ） scales and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （ HAMA ） . Results The scores and the anxiety of the nursing intervention group after nursing intervention were lower than that before （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the therapy compliance rate of the nursing intervention group is superior to that of the non intervention group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） with remarkable difference. Conclusion Nursing intervention with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation children can improve the unhealthy mental status and increase the therapy compliance.
