| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)对膝关节损伤性疾病的诊断价值。方法分析188例创伤性膝关节疾病患者的病变类型及MRI影像学表现。结果MRI诊断膝关节内、外侧半月板损伤182例,副韧带损伤134例,交叉韧带损伤138例,髌下韧带损伤3例,关节软骨损伤39例,关节囊积液(包括积血)165例,骨损伤136例,与手术或关节镜结果对照,MRI诊断的准确率为96.8%。结论膝关节MRI检查是一种安全、准确的影像方法,它可为临床提供关节腔内积血、骨折以及半月板、韧带、关节软骨损伤等信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the value of magnetic resonance imaging（ MRI ） diagnosis to the knee joint injuries. Methods To analyze the lesion types and MRI appearances of 188 patients with traumatic knee joint disorders. Results Using MRI diagnosis, the medial meniscus and lateral meniscus of knee joint injury has 182 cases ,collateral ligament injury has 134 cases ,the cruciate ligament injury has 138cases ,the infrapatellar ligament injury has 3 cases ,the articular cartilage injury has 39 cases, the articular cavity effusions has 165 cases, and the bone injuriy has 136 cases. Compared with the results of surgery or arthroscopy, the accurate rate of MRI diagnosis is 96.8%. Conclusion MRI is a safe and accurate imaging method, which can provide clinic with messages about hematocele of articular capsule,bone fracture,menisci ,ligament injury,and articular cartilage damage. |
