髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折

目的 探讨髓内扩张自锁钉在胫骨骨折中的应用。方法 采用髓内扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折22例,包括闭合性骨折18例,开放性骨折4例。结果 22例半年内得到随访全部愈合,无旋转移位,膝踝关节功能正常。结论 扩张自锁钉治疗胫骨骨折效果满意,具有创伤小、固定坚强、并发症少等优点,是治疗胫骨骨折一种较好的固定方法。

The Treatment of Tibia Fractures with Intramedullary Expand Self-locking Nail

Objective To explore the application of intramedullary expand self-locking nail in treating tibia fractures. Methods 22 cases of tibia fractures were treated with intramedullary expand self-locking nail. Among the cases, 18 cases were closed fractures and 4 cases were open fractures. Results All cases were followed up 6 months and had healed,no rotating movement cases,knees and ankles of the cases are all normally recovered. Conclusion It is satisfied that treating tibia fractures with intraumedullary expand self-locking nail. The main characteristics of intraumedullary expand self-locking nail are as follows,small injury to patients, strongly fixed to fractures and few complications. To treat tibia fractures with intraumedullary expand self-locking nail is a better internal fixation method.
