| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫腺肌病异位内膜细胞原代培养,为进一步研究子宫腺肌病发病机制提供体外细胞模型. 方法 采用酶解、筛网分离、贴壁法分离异位内膜细胞.采用免疫细胞化学法进行细胞鉴定. 结果 经此法分离培养异位细胞培养成功率可达75.0%,消化得到的异位细胞种类较多,不容易分离提纯,腺细胞占6.5%,间质细胞占13.3%,平滑肌细胞占80.2%. 结论 采用酶解、筛网分离、贴壁法可以获得子宫腺肌病的异位细胞,不能获得纯度较高异位腺细胞,子宫腺肌病异位腺细胞提纯需要进一步探讨.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a method for primary culture of ectopic endometrial cells from patients with adenomyosis,and to find out a cell model in vitro for pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods The ectopic endometrial cells were isolated and purified by enzymolysis,filtration,and pasted wall purification,and identified by immunocytochemistry.
