| 摘 要： | 本文报道了9例先天性主动脉窦瘤,均经手术证实。窦瘤起自右冠状窦者7例,其中破入右室4例,未破3例。窦瘤起自无冠状窦者2例,其中破入右房1例,破入左室1例。合并室间隔缺损8例,合并主动脉瓣关闭不全6例。并讨论了主动脉窦瘤的X线诊断及主动脉造影对本病的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | 9 cases of congenital aortic sinus aneurysm proved by operation were analyzed. Among them the aneurysm originated from the right aortic sinus in 7 cases, and ruptured into right ventricle in 4. The aneurysm originated from noncoronary sinuses in 2 cases, one of which ruptured into right auricle and the other into left ventricle. 8 cases were associated with ventricular septal defect and 6 cases with aortic insufficiency. The roentgenologic diagnostic criteria of congential aortic sinus aneurysm and diagnostic value of angiocardiography of the ascending aorta were discussed. |
