摘    要:针对目前煤矿井下瓦斯钻孔完孔程度和成孔率低的现状,以ZDY系列钻机为研究基础,通过理论分析,确定了钻进参数检测装置的设计方案、组成部分、分析软件开发和运行形式等;实验室试验得出该钻进参数检测装置的数据测试数值与给定数值误差小于1%,满足设计要求,现场工业性试验表明,钻进参数检测装置对钻孔施工过程能提供一定的帮助,提高钻孔成孔质量,为科学钻探提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract:According to the lower degree of completed drilling and drilling-making rate at present, based on the ZDY series drilling rig, the designing scheme, the constituent parts, the analysis software development and the run situation of the drilling parameters detection device are confirmed by the theoretical analysis; the laboratory test shows that the error between the test numerical and the given numerical is less than 1%, which meet the design requirement, the field industrial test show that the drilling parameters detection device can provide some help to the drilling construction, improve the quality of the completed drilling, and offer a new technology for the scientific drilling.
